These Terms apply to all users, clients, and participants of our programs, including those who enrolled prior to the most recent update.
Welcome to michelleonuorah.com, a website owned and operated by Michelle Onuorah, creator of The Exit Lab™, The Clarity Clinic™, Prophetic Listening™, and other proprietary resources. By accessing this website, purchasing any digital product, registering for a course or training, or participating in any offering, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “Participant,” “User,” or “you”) and Michelle Onuorah (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these terms carefully.
1. Programs & Offerings
We provide digital resources, online courses, and coaching containers including The Exit Lab™, The Clarity Clinic™ (legacy self-paced program), Prophetic Listening™, and other proprietary resources. These offerings are designed to help individuals exit toxic workplaces, hear God clearly, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
All offerings are for educational and spiritual growth purposes only.
2. No Guarantees or Professional Advice
We are not doctors, therapists, attorneys, pastors, or financial advisors. Our content is spiritual and educational in nature and not a substitute for professional care. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, transformation, or outcome. Your results are fully dependent on your own engagement and application of the content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, methodologies, recordings, videos, tools, and trainings provided through this site—including The Exit Lab™, The Clarity Clinic™, and Prophetic Listening™—are protected intellectual property owned solely by Michelle Onuorah.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, teach, or resell any part of these materials without written permission. You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. Unauthorized use is a breach of these terms and will be legally enforced.
4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstance.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
Enrollment in The Exit Lab™ is a binding financial commitment.
If you choose a payment plan, you are required to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your level of participation.
Access to the program may be revoked for missed or late payments, but your payment obligation remains in full.
No refunds will be provided regardless of usage or outcome.
Please purchase mindfully and with clarity.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Michelle Onuorah and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the services or materials. You agree to hold us harmless from all claims related to your use of the content, participation in any program, or reliance on any insight or suggestion provided.
6. Confidentiality & Coaching Protections
Any personal information, prayer request, or communication you submit will be treated respectfully and discreetly. However, unless bound by a signed NDA, we are not legally obligated to confidentiality.
1:1 Coaching: If you participate in one-on-one coaching with Michelle Onuorah, you acknowledge that the coaching relationship is collaborative but not legally bound by therapist-client privilege. While your personal details will be handled with discretion, we do not guarantee absolute confidentiality unless a formal NDA has been signed.
Group Coaching & Community: If participating in group coaching or community components of The Exit Lab™ or related programs, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ contributions, stories, or personal information. You may not share screenshots, recordings, or discussions outside of the program environment without written permission from the Company.
Furthermore, by submitting feedback, a testimonial, or sharing your results with the Company, you grant permission for your words and your full name to be used in marketing, sales materials, and public platforms by default.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you must request this in writing at the time of submission.
7. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make any defamatory or disparaging remarks about the Company, our content, or Michelle Onuorah in public or private forums. If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can address the concern respectfully.
8. Use of Prophetic Listening™
You may not teach, facilitate, train others in, or brand yourself using Prophetic Listening™ without formal certification and written permission. Use of this method is limited to personal application unless you have completed our official certification process.
9. Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise noted. If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to complete all payments on time. Missed or late payments may result in the loss of access to the materials and/or account suspension.
10. Program Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or product at any time. This includes updating, refreshing, or revising The Exit Lab™ curriculum, worksheets, or bonus content at our discretion without notice.
We also reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any user for any reason, with or without notice. If the Company cancels a service, any payment made will be refunded at our discretion.
11. Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via direct communication. If resolution is not reached, arbitration will be conducted in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, under U.S. law.
Any legal action must be initiated within 30 days of the triggering event or it is waived.
12. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit, hire, or engage any team member, contractor, or collaborator of Michelle Onuorah for personal or commercial services without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any legal claims or proceedings must be filed in Sioux Falls County.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company. Any additions or changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties. By continuing to use this site and services, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
